Excited for candidate running in Cromwell
I’m excited for change here in Cromwell rather than more of the same. It’s time to step into the 21st century and Cromwell not only needs but deserves it, and I think Aigné Goldsby is just the candidate to do that for us. She is a forward thinker with compassion for her town and understanding for her constituents.
I have been unable to attend live events thus far but I’m hoping to meet her in person soon; however, I did speak to her directly and I’m impressed with her love of Cromwell and wanting to better our town while still keeping our small-town feel. I voiced my concerns/questions on things that are very important to me and my family and felt heard and understood.
I’ve not been excited about politics here in Cromwell in a long time but this year we have a young, smart, strong woman that can really create charge for us. From being a business owner herself, I know she is passionate about small businesses and them not only surviving but thriving. Our little town has a lot of small business and I know the pandemic has taken its toll on them. To social issues such as LGBTQIA, of course a top priority is safety for our residents and businesses and all of the many issues in between, I think she has what it takes to handle all of the tough issues and give Cromwell a fresh new outlook. I don’t believe you have to be a lifelong resident to understand people and what they want and need for their town, I think new ideas is just what we need. She absolutely has my vote this year.
