Agnes Moore

January 4, 1931 - December 2, 2021

Entered into rest, Agnes Pascale Moore, 90, of Shelton formerly of Orange. Beloved wife of the late John J. Moore (aka Gigi, Grandma and Nanny) passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home surrounded by her loving family, to join her loved ones, on December 2, 2021 after a long and brave battle with cancer. Loving mother of Kristine (Timothy) Blauvelt of Hancock, NY, Jeffrey (Dorothy) Moore of North Haven, Lorri (Tom) Cavaliere of Bethany and Jackie Moore of Shelton, her loving caregiver, along with her caring son-in-law, John Giuliano and the late infant son John Moore. Grandmother of Christopher, Kalter, Jonathan, Taylor, Sam, Ashley, Alexandra, Tommy, Jake and Kristy and several great-grandchildren. Sister of Philip Pasquale and the late Marilyn Monaco. She is also survived by her special close cousin, Lynda Marone. Agnes was born in New Haven on January 4, 1931, daughter of the late Christine Geremia Pascale. Agnes graduated from Boardman Trade School in New Haven, followed by a career in retail fashion. Agnes had a passion for antiques, gardening, reading, her cat, Angel but most of all, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her always-smiling face will be remembered by so many and her gift of love, tradition and caring will be treasured by all her family.

Family and friends are invited to A Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Infant Church MONDAY afternoon May 16, 2022 at 12pm. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
