Ronald Joseph Sader, 88, of Milford, beloved companion of Patricia Gabrielli, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2022. Born on January 30, 1934 in Seymour, CT, he was the son of the late George and Isabelle Sader.

Ron proudly served his country in the United States Army and Air Force. Following his discharge, he enrolled in Bryant College and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Ron started his career at the accounting firm of Bailey, Moore, and Glazer in 1960. In 1964, he went to work for The Schiavone Family for the next 53 years at various companies, including: Your Fathers Mustache, Schiavone Chase, and Michael Schiavone and Sons. Ron enjoyed his Saturday lunches with the boys and was always the life of the party. He and Pat loved traveling and took several trips to Europe and the Caribbean. He always looked forward to his time on Peaks Island, Maine with his children and grandchild­ren.

In addition to his loving companion, Pat, Ron is survived by his children, Elizabeth “Lisa” Sader of Waterford, CT, Robert J. Sader of Groton, CT, and Gregory (Karyn) Sader of Denver, CO; his grandchild­ren, Charles Goede, and Holly, Merilee, Caden, and Graham Sader; his sister, Diane George; and his former spouse, Elizabeth Wassoleck. Ron was predecease­d by his son-inlaw, Douglas Goede, Jr.; and siblings, George, Lorraine, and Robert.

The family would like to thank Christal Bell for her compassion and dedication to caring for Ron these last few years.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, May 23, 2022 at Saint Mary Church (Precious Blood Parish) 70 Gulf St., Milford, CT (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH). Interment will follow at Saint Augustine Cemetery, Cedar St. Seymour, CT. Friends and family are invited to call from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at the CODYWHITE FUNERAL HOME 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributi­ons may be made to the Dementia Society of America at dementiaso­ciety. org .
