Lyman Allyn Art Museum, New London
“Norma Morgan in Context” is on display through Sunday, April 7 at the Lyman Allyn Art Museum. Norma Morgan was a New Haven artist who had a strong focus on nature in her pieces.
The museum will also be celebrating the work of the late artist Beatrice Cuming with an exhibit called “Beatrice Cuming: Connecticut Precisionist.” The exhibition is open through Sunday, March 26. Buming’s artwork focuses on “dynamic depictions of urban life” during the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s.
