Joshua Dodd
Dodd, senior vice president and relationship manager in the Lehigh Valley Commercial Banking Division at Univest Bank and Trust Co., recently graduated from the 2017-18 Pennsylvania Bankers Leadership Institute.
Through six two-day sessions over 18 months, the institute utilizes a multidimensional leadership training model, which takes participants “behind the curtain” to examine the success that comes from a strong organizational culture and assess how it relates to performance, leadership, engagement and communication to achieve results.
Dodd has served the financial services industry for more than 19 years. At Univest, Dodd is responsible for handling the lending needs of private companies, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations in the Lehigh Valley. He completed undergraduate and graduate studies at Moravian College, where he has since served as an adjunct professor of finance for its Masters in Business Administration program. related to contract language, rate pricing, negotiation strategy and revenue reconciliation. He will coordinate payer strategy for Good Shepherd's Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia operations.
Felix brings 30 years of experience in health care administration. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Penn State University and has worked with multiple organizations throughout the Lehigh Valley, including Lehigh Valley Health Network, Lehigh Valley Physician and Hospital Organization, Populytics, as well as his most recent position at ELAP Services.
