The Joint Veterans Council Forks of the Delaware, along with the Easton Memorial Day Parade council, will hold a program at 10:30 a.m. today at the Oak Grove Memorial Garden, Upper Hackett Park, Easton. Color guard from the Northampton County Detachment 298 Marine Corps League along with Brown & Lynch American Legion Post 9 color guard and honor guard will participate. David Rose, Easton's official town crier, will be the guest speaker.
