Lavern M. Lippincott, 100 years, formerly of Allentown, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Abington Manor Memory Care Village in Easton. She was the widow of Harold “Marshall” Lippincott. Born in Sayreville, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Florence (Meyer) Clark.

Lavern was a graduate of the former Trenton State College, now the College of New Jersey, where she was the first female cheerleade­r as well as the first female lifeguard in Middlesex, NJ. She was a Physical Education teacher for 6 years. After that Lavern went on to be an Airline Stewardess for 30 years for American Airlines and then Pan American Airways. She was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors: nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews.
