Act 22 of 2017 set more re­stric­tions on the re­lease of po­lice dash-cam­era or body-cam­era videos. In the act's first year, Penn­syl­va­nia State Po­lice pro­cessed 16 re­quests, all but two of which were de­nied, ac­cord­ing to doc­u­ments ob­tained by The Morn­ing Call through the Right-to-Know Law.
