Evonik to expand, add 50 jobs

Evonik Corp., which two years ago made a $3.8 billion acquisition of an Air Products business segment, said Tuesday it will spend $50 million to expand at Air Products’ headquarters in Trexlertown. Evonik said it will buy several buildings on 41 acres from Air Products, and will add 50 jobs in the next three years.

What’s next? Evonik expects to complete the deal in mid-2019.
