Lorraine K. Creyer, 84, formerly of Plainfield Township, passed away at Gracedale on Friday, December 07, 2018. Born in Palmer Township on January 28, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Sadie (Serfass) Weiant. Lorraine attended Nazareth High School. A member of the Internatio­nal Ladies' Garment Workers' Union, Lorraine was employed at the former Denise Barry Fashions in Nazareth, where she worked as a seamstress for 34 years before retiring in 1996. She later worked as a greeter at the 25th Street Kmart in Easton. Lorraine was a member of the Nazareth VFW and a former secretary and member of the ladies auxiliary of East Lawn Volunteer Fire Co. She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her great-grandchild­ren, whom she dearly loved. Survivors: She is survived by her daughter, Katherine L. Youse and her husband, Richard, of Plainfield Township; son, Barry G. Creyer, of Lehighton; five grandchild­ren; seven great-grandchild­ren; a greatgreat-grandson; nieces and nephews. Lorraine was preceded in death by her former husband, George Creyer, a granddaugh­ter, Candy Lynn Heckman, and four sisters, Gladys Simons, Carrie Fogel, Miriam Bruch, and Evelyn Powell. Services: will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at 1:00 P.M. in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 2165 Community Drive, Route 946, Village of Moorestown – Bath, PA 18014. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Wednesday afternoon from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Forks Church Cemetery, Stockertow­n.
