Man dies after fall at Allentown work site

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the death of Marwan Hajjar, 70, of Allentown, who died Monday after a fall on a construction job at Adelaide Mills, a former Allentown silk mill that is being converted into apartments.

What’s next? Allentown police and the Lehigh County coroner’s office also are investigating.
