Baby Jesus stolen from church manger

A teenager stole baby Jesus from the Nativity scene outside Emmaus Moravian Church last weekend and has since replaced it, said Borough Manager Shane Pepe. The boy posted his feat on Instagram, Pepe said, and when his parents found out, they reported it. The Nativity scene was moved from the Emmaus library to the church this year after a complaint was lodged about the religious symbols being on public property.

What’s next? The church chose to forgive the teen rather than press charges.
