Victoria J. Bell of Walnutport Pennsylvan­ia entered eternal rest Saturday, December 8, 2018. She was 56 years young. She is the daughter of the late Robert Bell and Wilma (Bonifer) Edwards. She was born on April 16, 1962 in Newburgh, NY. Victoria attended high school at Newburgh Free Academy, and was the graduating class of 1980. Victoria worked at her local United States Post office as a service clerk in Walnutport, PA. She enjoyed working for the USPS, she was an avid baker and recently embarked on a soap making entreprene­ur journey with her dear friend Susan. She adored her 3 grandchild­ren and loved crocheting her loved ones beautiful blankets. We will miss her warm hugs, her sarcastic sense of humor, good advice, wonderful handmade gifts, and her gourmet meals. Mom was taken from us way to soon, even after her Battle with Breast Cancer. Victoria is survived by her beloved children Jessica Bowie and her husband Tom and Casandra Santiago and her husband Steven; siblings Beverly Turner and her husband Greg, Brenda Coleman and her husband Chris, and Michelle Watters and her husband Ray; grandchild­ren Jaxon and Cecelia Santiago and Thomas Bowie; nieces and nephews Christina and Sara Coleman. Victoria is predecease­d by her grandmothe­r Myrtle Bell, father Robert bell and her step father Buddy Joe Edwards. In honoring the family’s wishes they will be having a private scattering.
