Judy Borrelli
City Center Investment Corp. announced it has promoted Judy Borrelli to chief operating officer.
Borrelli joined City Center in 2015 as chief financial officer with more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience. In her expanded role, she manages City Center’s growing investment in downtown Allentown and oversees all of the company’s operations.
As chief operating officer, Borrelli focuses on developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy and provides financial insight. Supported by the accounting and finance team, she manages the financial reporting used to help make informed decisions about formulating and executing strategy. She is also responsible for overseeing the company’s extensive facilities, property management, tenant relations and security function.
Prior to joining City Center, Borrelli served as chief financial officer and vice president of operation for Macada Properties Management LLC, the real estate arm of Coordinated Health. Borrelli spent more than 20 years in the real estate title industry with Land America Title Insurance Company and later with one of its agents, Family Abstract. Prior to that she was a senior auditor with Price Waterhouse.
Borrelli is a certified public accountant and received her undergraduate degree from Widener University.
