Barbara Hollenbach
Hollenbach, a member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has been elected chairwoman of the board of trustees of Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites for 2019.
Hollenbach focuses her practice on workers' compensation, professional liability, products liability and general litigation. Her civil litigation experience includes representing manufacturers of motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles and other products, as well as professionals including psychiatrists and veterinarians. She also represents clients in will contest actions including allegations of undue influence and lack of mental capacity. Hollenbach is certified as a specialist in workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She has been named as a Pennsylvania super lawyer for the last 10 years.
She earned her juris doctor, cum laude, in 1978 from Dickinson School of Law and her bachelor's degree, with highest distinction, in 1975 from Penn State. estate planning and administration. The former solicitor to East Greenville, she is the immediate past president of the Bar Association of Lehigh County, an American Bar Association Fellow, master for the Villanova Law Inn of Court, and a Montgomery County arbitrator.
Forsell has also been elected secretary of the board of directors and chairwoman of the Governance Committee of Frederick Living for 2019.
Forsell earned her bachelor's degree from West Chester University in 1999, her juris doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2003, and her master's from Temple University in 2006. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania; the Third Circuit Court of Appeals; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
