9/11 Memorial reopens after quarantine
Allan Swearington joins others Saturday at the 9/11 Memorial Plaza in New York City on the first day that it reopened after closing for three months due to the coronavirus. While the museum at the site remains closed, first responders, military and others were allowed to visit the memorial pools that sit in the footprints where the twin towers used to stand. Today the site will be open to the general public.
