Explore Cedar Crest virtually, in person

Cedar Crest College will hold admissions events for prospective students to experience the campus in-person or online in August. The college offers virtual exploration experiences through online information sessions and has added an in-person open house event as well as personal visits and appointments for students interested in traditional undergraduate, adult or graduate studies.

Undergraduate admissions

A Virtual Summer Visit Day will be held Wednesday. Virtual Summer Visit Days offer a chance to learn about Cedar Crest from home. The event includes a virtual tour of campus by a student ambassador.

An in-person open house will be held on Aug. 14. Sessions will be held at 10 a.m. or 1 p.m.

Cedar Crest College reimagined the open house to provide a boutique in-person experience that is interactive with faculty, administrators and students and offers the opportunity to explore campus. Two identical program sessions are available to accommodate state and CDC guidelines for health and safety.

School of Adult and Graduate Education admissions

Cedar Crest flexible online, hybrid and accelerated courses. Cedar Crest recently launched new graduate degrees including the Lehigh Valley’s first entry-level occupational therapy doctorate and a stackable certificate-based modular master of science in business content areas.

Attendees can meet with faculty to learn more about their program of interest. Admission advisers will be on hand to help students understand admission and application requirements and financing options. Information highlights include flexible course scheduling and tuition discounts offered through the Pathways to Professional Excellence program.

A virtual information session will be held at 5 p.m. Aug. 13. An on-campus information session will be held at 6 p.m. Sept. 24. School of Nursing virtual events

A virtual open house will be held at 6 p.m. Aug. 10.

Graduate nursing virtual information sessions will be held at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. Aug. 18.
