Let’s both encourage voting and protect ballot security

My vote matters. If an invalid ballot is allowed into the system and that invalid ballot cancels out my vote, then that mistake disenfranchises me.

For the system to be in balance, we should see roughly as much effort invested in facilitating the vote — encouraging valid ballots — as we see insuring that there are no invalid ballots allowed to enter the system.
