First snowstorm hits Lehigh Valley

-

The Lehigh Valley had its first major winter storm of the season on Wednesday. The storm dumped around a foot of snow on the region, with a high of 14 inches in Lehigh County and just over 11 in Northampton County. Parts of Monroe County had 15 inches.

What’s next? Cold temperatures should keep some of the snow around for awhile, but there isn’t any more scheduled to fall at least through midweek.
