Indian, Latin and many other entrees that many of us never tasted before. Good, hard-working proprietors who — like so many of our ancestors — came here to build a better life. And thankfully, they feature delicious foods that are such an essential part of their heritage.

If there’s a happier place than a jam-packed, laughter-filled restaurant, I’m not aware of it. These are the places we celebrate anniversaries, revisit long lost friendships, meet the future love of our lives and allow us to sit back and celebrate the fruits of our everyday hard work.

We love you, restaurateurs! We appreciate the happiness you’ve brought to us. You’ve filled our hearts and bellies with goodness. Without you, the world is a less happy place and we can’t let that happen.
