Phantoms plan to start season

The Lehigh Valley Phantoms will be among 28 teams expected to begin the American Hockey League season next month, after nearly a year off due to the pandemic. Three teams opted out.

What’s next? There will be no fans to start at most arenas, including PPL Center. Some teams will not play in their home arenas at all.
