Pa. man dies during Capitol chaos

A Pennsylvania man was among the five people who died during Wednesday’s events. Benjamin Philips, 50, died of a stroke. Police in Washington said he was from Ringtown, Schuylkill County, but other reports said he was from Bloomsburg.
