Martin Tower site plan delayed

Bethlehem City Council again postponed a vote on zoning amendments at the Martin Tower property, where plans are for 300 apartments and other retail and business locations. The council also is considering capping the amount of parking spaces at the site.

What’s next? The vote was postponed to June 15. Including another review by planners, the approval process could be extended two months.
