Leadership Certificate program at NCC

Northampton Community College will kick off its new Leadership Certificate Program, under the Center for Business and Industry, in September.

This certificate program is a series of seven workshops that offers a comprehensive approach to leadership that will help you fully address the challenges associated with leading others.

The series begins with the Leadership Challenge, a two-day leadership retreat held 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 16-17. Six additional workshops, that cover a broad variety of topics that will help you become a strong and engaging leader, will follow. The fee for the Leadership Challenge is $875, which includes all materials, continental breakfast and lunch.

The Leadership Challenge and the workshops will be held at the Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 E. Third St., Bethlehem.

The workshops, $349 each, are “Authentic Leadership,” Oct. 26; “Leading in a DEI Culture,” Dec. 1; “The Entrepreneurial Leader,” Jan. 19; “Balancing Management & Leadership,” March 2; “Engaging Others to Lead,” April 13; and “Continuous Improvement for Leaders,” May 17.
