Toomey fails to show up
Most of life is about “showing up,” particularly when the stakes are high. What you might have done, could have done or would have done does not really matter. Life is about what you do, not what you say you would have done. Sen. Pat Toomey was a “no show” on a vote in Congress to establish a bipartisan committee to investigate the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection; a vote that will linger and inform what America is for years.
