Spring Valley Village recently sold out of new home locations in their first 3 phases and opened phase IV for customers to select a location for their new home. Customers are given the opportunity to hold a Lot with a Fully Refundable Deposit and to work with a Sales Representative to design their new home. To date, we have taken deposits on almost 60% of our final phase at Spring Valley Village says Craig Stevens, Sales Manager at Spring Valley Village.
