Karin A. Silvius, 70, of Upper Nazareth Township, peacefully passed away at home while in the loving care of her family on Thursday, March

24, 2022. Karin and her devoted husband, Dennis R. Silvius, would have celebrated their 47th wedding anniversar­y on April 26. Born in Fountain Hill, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth P. and Betty M. (Shollenber­ger) Warner. She was a graduate of Nazareth High School, Class of

1969. Karin enjoyed a simplistic lifestyle and faithfully cherished the roll as wife, mother and grandmothe­r, who unselfishl­y gave of herself to helping others. A talent for decorating, she also enjoyed the natural beauty of the outdoors and absolutely loved spending time together with Dennis in their perennial flower garden at home. Trips to the beach and vacations at Disney World were among Karin’s favorite places she so loved to visit, all of which she had many fond memories of times spent together with Dennis and her family.

Survivors: In addition to her loving husband, Dennis, she will be deeply missed by her sons, Todd Silvius and wife, Lisa, of Bethlehem, Township, and Matthew Silvius and wife, Jill, of Wind Gap; grandchild­ren, Andie, Zane and Leo; sister, Donna Francisco and husband, Frank, of Palmer Township; nieces and nephew; and many caring friends.

Services: A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. in Schoeneck Moravian Church, 316 N. Broad Street Extension, Nazareth, PA 18064. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Thursday morning from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. in the church. Interment will follow in God’s Acre of Schoeneck Moravian Cemetery, Nazareth. Arrangemen­ts are under the care and direction of the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, LLC, in the Village of Moorestown – Bath. Contributi­ons: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributi­ons may be offered to Schoeneck Moravian Church.
