Tasty collaboration
Allentown Symphony, Union & Finch to pair fine music and foods
It’s time to feed all your senses.
In a unique partnership between the Allentown Symphony and Union & Finch restaurant, you can enjoy the work of area composers in a chamber concert inspired by dishes from the restaurant.
The special event, which will be part of the symphony’s new music chamber series, will be held at 7 p.m. April 5 at Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts, 321 E 3rd St, Bethlehem.
The program will feature premiere performances of short works by Hailey Belvio, Pierre Bohemond, Karen Danial, Pete Deshler, Ashlyn Leary, Mike Lorenz, Tom Maher,
Steve Reisteter, and ASO Composer in Residence, Chris Rogerson.
In between each piece, you’ll have a break for small bites of food with a description from the chef. Then you’ll enjoy the samples of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean
food from Union & Finch, which inspired the composers.
