John Kochan

John Kochan, 85, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2022.

He was the loving husband of 50 years to Elizabeth M. (Muha) Kochan. Born in Poland, he was the son of the late Jan and Anna (Sawka) Kochan. John worked previously for Jackson Allen and then owned and operated Kochan Upholstery for 25 years. He was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic

Church and the former UKE Club. He was a talented craftsman and musician. He will be deeply missed.

Survivors: beloved wife- Elizabeth Kochan; daughter- Renata Kochan of Poland; grandsonsLukasz, Przemek and Edward; 1 great granddaughter; brother- Zenon Kochan; many cousins. He was predeceased by his sistersKasia and Marysia.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 24th 9-10AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM all in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church 618 Fullerton Ave Whitehall, PA

18052. Burial to follow in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Northampton. Arrangements are entrusted to Kohut Funeral Home, Inc.
