son of the late Richard R. and Rita A. (Connor) Talbott.

Survivors: Sister, Julie Talbott; niece, Charlene Kinney and husband, Sean; nephew, Matthew Belzner; great nephew, Charles A. Kinney; best friend and caregiver, Lillian Matyas; and estranged wife, Jean Talbott.
