Paul E. Zimmerman

Paul E. Zimmerman, 85, of Kempton, passed away suddenly, Friday, August 26, 2022 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Nancy J. (Bear) Zimmerman to whom he was married 64 years. Born in New Ringgold, Schuylkill County, May 2, 1937, Paul was the son of the late Paul F. and Edna P. (Schaeffer) Zimmerman. He was a life-long farmer in Lynn Township, Lehigh County. Paul was a member of the United Church of Christ congregation of New Jerusalem Union “Red” Church, Kempton. Survivors: In addition to his wife, Nancy; sons, Gary P. Zimmerman and his wife, Renee and Mark P. Zimmerman and his wife, Tatjanna both of Kempton; grandchildren, Erica Zimmerman, Krista Young, Michael Zimmerman, Logan Zimmerman; great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Calab Young.

Service: Private funeral services will be held in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. in Schnecksville. No public calling hours. Interment will follow the service at New Jerusalem “Red” Church Cemetery. Online expressions of sympathy may be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
