You Belong at ESU, Where Scholarship Opportunities Help Students Attend College, Pursue Career Goals
The Poconos were home for Lauren
Tagliaferri before her family moved to New York City during her freshman year of high school. But deep down, she knew she would be back, and
three years later was accepted to ESU.
Her ESU experience was so rewarding that after graduating last December with an accounting degree, she returned to pursue her master’s degree, saying “there is no need to look any further than right here for what I want!”
The vice president of the accounting association, student ambassador
for ESU’s Crayola Executive Lecture Series and a speaker at an Open
House event, Lauren credits leadership positions with her personal growth.
She even took advantage of an opportunity to provide free tax preparation assistance with the Pocono Mountains United Way. Learn more about her story at esu.edu/LaurenT.
