Warehouses spring up at former Dutch Springs

The first of two warehouses on the former Dutch Springs park and quarry will be ready for occupancy as soon as next month. A second warehouse is expected to be completed by late 2023, according to Dallas developer Trammell Crow Co. The quarry lake formerly known as Dutch Springs will remain in operation for recreational divers and first responders under a new name, Lake Hydra.

What’s next? The first of three warehouses is expected to be ready next month and two others in late 2023.
