Missing documents might do great harm

Caught red handed with his fist in the secrets jar, former President Donald Trump wants me to believe that his possession of classified and other nonclassified documents and his yearlong or more ring around the rosie with the National Archives and the Department of Justice was akin to not returning a library book. Well there are fines for not returning library materials and I for one hope he gets his. And I hope those “fines” are appropriate for the situation, which appears more and more to be dire.

What scares me more than him not having to pay those “fines” is this. What if somewhere in the deep dark web there is an ongoing auction. And in that auction are pages and pages of classified material that are missing but were not found in the search of Trump’s home. I guess time will tell. Time always does. For better, or worse.
