Donna J Roth

Donna J Roth, 68, passed away Aug 31 following a sudden and unexpected diagnosis of PML.

Donna was born in Allentown PA, a graduate of William Allen HS (1971) and Lehigh Carbon CC (1972). She was an ICU nurse at Lehigh Valley Hospital, later working at

Lehigh Valley Hospital as their first trauma registrar, and then at Easton Hospital in Medical Records. Most recently, Donna volunteered her time to Trinity Memorial Lutheran

Church (Worship & Music, Bell Choir) and Tails of Valor (Puppy Raiser).

Donna was preceded in death by father Ralph Smoyer and brother Mark Smoyer. Donna is survived by husband David Roth; daughter

Stephanie Eagle (Rich), grandchildren Aidan & Brennan Eagle; son Scott Roth (Jill); mother Jean Smoyer; brother Michael Smoyer (Susan); sister Debbie Falatko (Steve); sister Toni Daniels; sister-in-law Colleen Zartler (Jeffrey); and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Services will be held 11am Saturday, October 15th at Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 535 West Emaus Ave Allentown. Potluck Celebration of Life to follow in fellowship hall.
