VIN-etching offered in Allentown

The Lehigh County Auto Theft Task Force will a offer free vehicle identification number-etching event 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 20 at AAA, 2072 Downyflake Lane, Allentown.

Drivers who participate will have their VIN chemically etched on their windows. The process is quick and doesn’t damage the glass or alter the vehicle’s appearance.
