Catty Iron Works again draws interest

It turns out there’s still life in the previously shuttered Iron Works project in Catasauqua, as multiple entities have expressed interest in developing the former industrial site with the borough.

What’s next? The borough still needed to decide how to sell the property: by partnering with the Lehigh County Development Authority or independently requesting bids.
