Don’t vote the party line

-

Let’s see, my choices are to vote for a party that flirts with autocracy or the other party that believes in free lunch and little personal responsibility?

When are the voters of this country going to get tired of voting for the lesser of two evils? When will they wake up and demand more of these parties who waste billions gaslighting and hiding behind sound bites?

When will they demand term limits for politicians who get paid for doing little on behalf of the people? When will they figure out that only those with deep pockets and a checkoff on their bucket list seem to get their party’s call? From the letters I see posted here and elsewhere, that answer appears to be never.

Without a change, this is how the people will eventually lose their republic. The current political parties are responsible for the poor situation we now experience, yet somehow they always get a pass. We can’t continue to vote the party line and expect change.

The voters of this country can stop being victimized by voting for candidates who serve the people instead of parties.
