The Morning Call (Sunday)

It’s not too late to nominate your company as one of the Lehigh Valley’s Top Workplaces

-

Do you think your employer is the best to work in the Lehigh Valley? Why not celebrate those feelings with some co-workers, and maybe a few hundred other people?

The Morning Call and research partner Energage are preparing for the 11th annual Top Workplaces awards, which will honor the best businesses, nonprofits or other organizations in the Lehigh Valley and beyond. Now is the time to nominate a company for the 2023 program.

Nearly 100 companies have been nominated so far this year, but there’s room for more. To nominate a company, go to themorningcall.com/nominate or call 610-628-0921. The deadline for nominations is Friday.

Anyone, including employees, executives or customers, may nominate a potential top workplace. Nominations are open for employers in Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe and Berks counties with at least 35 employees. It doesn’t matter if the workplace is for-profit or nonprofit, privately owned, publicly held or a government agency.

Energage will survey the nominees through October, with the winners announced in The Morning Call’s annual Top Workplaces magazine, which will be published in March. In addition, the top employers will be recognized at a special event.

People who participate do not pay a fee; there is no application process. Once an employer is nominated, Energage evaluate its workers using a confidential, 24-question survey.

So if you enjoy going to work or believe you are the luckiest employee alive, reward that employer with your nomination in Top Workplaces. Good luck.
