Additional $3 million proposed for Coca-Cola Park

Lehigh County is considering giving the Lehigh Valley IronPigs an additional $3 million for upgrades at Coca-Cola Park to help the franchise satisfy a Major League Baseball mandate. That’s in addition to the $1.5 million the county already had allocated for the project.

What’s next? The Lehigh County Commissioners are scheduled to vote on the proposal at its next meeting Oct. 12.
