Allentown man to serve up to 50 years for killing

For his deliberateness in killing another man and recklessness in endangering parkgoers at Trout Creek Park in Allentown — and for a slew of other crimes committed over several months — Lehigh County Judge Douglas Reichley on Monday sentenced Kenith Otero-Ruiz Monday to serve 24 to 50 years in state prison.
