Fire official charged with using borough credit card for personal use

Logan J. Kocher, a Northampton County volunteer firefighter, with stealing more than $800 in gasoline from a taxpayer-funded, borough-provided fuel card.

What’s next? Kocher was arraigned Tuesday and released on $15,000 bail, pending further court action.
