Edward Allen Senick, 63, of Bethlehem

Twp., Passed away on Oct. 6, 2022. Born in Bethlehem on Oct. 3, 1959, he was the son of the late Edward and Sandra (Walk) Senick. In 1977 he graduated from Freedom H.S. in Bethlehem and Bethlehem Vo-Tech, where he was awarded first place in the PA state-wide welding competitio­n. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served on an LST in the Persian Gulf in 1979 during the Iranian Hostage Crisis and was awarded the Shellback designatio­n. At an early age he learned and loved excavating, and was employed at the family business, Senick Inc. in Bethlehem Twp.. Late he worked for other excavating companies throughout the Lehigh Valley. Always one for adventure and exploring, he drove solo across the USA in the 1990's and practiced his hobby of photograph­y at the Grand Canyon. He had many interests including racing dirt bikes at motocross competitio­ns in his late teen years and was a life long Nascar,

Indy and NFL fan. He also had admirable cooking skills that he continued to acquire during his lifetime. He was a former member of East Hills Moravian Church. He is survived by his daughter, Juliet Senick; sister, Linda Serfass; and nephew, Gregory Serfass all of Bethlehem Twp. Services: Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Wednesday, Oct. 12th from 10-11:00 A.M. followed by a funeral service at 11:00 A.M. all at the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center
