Helen C. Rapp

Helen C. Rapp, 75, formerly of Fountain Hill, passed away peacefully on Friday October 28, 2022 at Grandview Hospital in Sellersville. She was the wife of Lawrence “Larry” Rapp who passed away on December 20, 2018. Born in Bethlehem Township, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen Velekei. Helen worked for the Bethlehem Steel, where she met Larry. She also worked as a secretary for the Bethlehem YMCA, Ritter's Pharmacy in Bethlehem and St. Luke's Hospital as a phlebotomist for many years until retiring. She was a parishioner of St. Ursula Catholic Church in Fountain Hill. Helen enjoyed holiday candy making, wine, watching the Hallmark and Fox News channels. Most of all, Helen loved spending time with her family.

Survivors: She will be lovingly remembered by her sons Michael of Sellersville, and Stephen and his wife Martha of Schuylkill Haven; daughter-in-law Megan Rapp of Perkasie; grandsons Jonathan, Alex and Ryan; siblings John Velekei and his wife Annette of Whitehall, Frank Velekei of Miller Heights, Teresa Lawhead, Dolores Johnson and her husband BJ of Pottstown and Maryann of Las Vegas. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 A.M., on Thursday November 3, 2022 in

St. Ursula's Catholic Church, 1300 Broadway, Fountain Hill, where a calling hour will be held one hour prior to the mass in church. Inurnment will be at Holy Ghost Cemetery, Bethlehem. Helen's arrangements are entrusted to Cantelmi Funeral Home, Fountain Hill. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
