NCC offers intro to Revit course

Do you have a teen interested in architecture or engineering? Northampton Community College’s Fab Lab will help jump start their learning on the industry standard design software, Revit. Revit is the 3D technology from Autodesk that integrates the design and drafting aspects of the building industry. It is a building information modeling software application and is used by architects as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineers.

The Intro to Revit course will be held 6-9 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, Nov. 7-16 in the NCC Fab Lab at the Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 E. Third St., Bethlehem. Students will learn how to create plans, elevations, sections, door schedules and renderings with the software.
