Pauline S. Holzman-Hegedus

Pauline S. HolzmanHegedus, 94, passed away August 31, 2022, at L.V. Hospital, Cedar Crest in hospice care. She resided in Allentown and at her cottage at Penn Lake, PA. She was the wife of the late Frank J. Holzman and Lorand Hegedus. Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on March 9, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Stephen Stone (Kaminski) and Stella (Bozesky) Stone. Pauline was one of 13 children. She was a member of St. Patrick's R.C. Church, White Haven, PA. Pauline was a volunteer at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown and St. Ann's School in Emmaus. She enjoyed traveling, casinos and baking. Survivors: Son: Frank J. Holzman and his wife Diane of Slatington; Daughters: Nancy L. Bench and her husband Steve of Bethlehem, Beverly J. Bortz and her husband Dale of Mertztown; Step-children: Eric Hegedus of New York City, Sally Hegedus of Ocean, NJ, Sherri Hegedus of Pennsauken, NJ; Grandchildren: Christopher, Matthew, Karlie and Jenny; Great-grandchildren: Avia and Layla; Brothers: Stephen Kaminski and his wife Janet of Mountaintop, PA, Gregory Stone and his wife Anne of Big Flats, NY; Sisters: Romaine Smith of Portland, OR, Celine Lutinski of Mountaintop, PA.
