PA State Police Troop M to hold car seat installation event

The Pennsylvania State Police Troop M — Bethlehem will hold a car seat installation event 2-6 p.m. Nov. 21 at the Northampton County Human Services Building Parking Lot, 2801 Emerick Blvd., Bethlehem Township. No appointment is necessary.
