Joan J. (Kneller) EhretYerge­r, of Zionsville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 30, 2022, at Seton Manor Nursing and Rehabilita­tion Center in Orwigsburg. She was born in Allentown on October 15, 1931, to the late Robert and Edith (Pearson) Kneller.

For many years,

Joan worked at Weis Markets. She adored

her grandchild­ren and great-grandchild­ren, and loved sharing stories and photos of her family. Joan was a member of the Zionhill Congregati­on of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Joan is survived by her daughters, Gail Dunn and her husband, Edward, of Andreas, and

Joy Steigerwal­t and her husband, Randy, of Zionsville; brother, Harry Kneller of Daytona Beach, FL; sisters, Doris Miller of Allentown, and Darlene LaCorazza of Horseheads,

NY; grandchild­ren, Jason Dunn, Heather Constantin­o, Stephen Steigerwal­t, David Ehret, and Dana DeLeon; great-grandchild­ren, Stephen and Isabella; and many nieces and nephews. Joan was preceded in death by her first husband, Ralph C. Ehret and their son, David Ehret, and by her second husband, Irvin Yerger; brother, William Kneller; sisters, Fern Fraese, Nancy Bernhard, and Cindy Pearson; and grandson, Kevin Steigerwal­t.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2022, 4:00 PM, at the Kingdom
