Leona M. (Henry) Mazepa

Leona M. (Henry) Mazepa, 84, formerly of Emmaus, entered into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, October 21, 2022, in Seattle, Washington. She was the former wife of the late Dr. Stephen C. Mazepa. Born September 20, 1938 in Newark N.J., she was the daughter of the late Wilbur E. and Leona (Faria) Henry. She loved and served her community as owner/operator of

Lee Mazepa's Family Day Care in Emmaus for 22 years before retiring. It was her great privilege to help raise many of the children of Emmaus and surrounding areas. She was a member of Bethel Bible Fellowship Church. Family was everything to Lee. Her three children were her greatest joy.

She will be lovingly missed by her son Steve H. Mazepa and wife Debra; daughter Kathy, wife of Sergio Obando; and son Darin P. Mazepa D.C.. Her grandchildren Shilo, Zoe, Andrew, Samuel, and Kaimana were the love and light of her life. She was predeceased by her brothers Wilbur and Patrick Henry.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Trexler Funeral Home,

1625 W. Highland St, Allentown. Visitation will be held on Friday November 11, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Condolences may be left in her
