Frederick W. Snyder

Frederick W. Snyder, 79, of Breinigsville, died Thursday, November 3, 2022, at his home with his family by his side. He was the loving husband of Gloria J. (Greenawald) Snyder.

Born March 23, 1943, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Elwood W. and Elsie M. (Muth) Snyder. He honorably served in the U.S. Army National Guard. For 33 years, he was a member of the Carpenter's Local 600. An avid deer hunter, he was a life member of the Guthsville Hunting Club, the Issick Walton Archery Club, and the National Rifle Association. He also enjoyed oldies music He was a longtime member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ,

Trexlertown, where he served on the church council and on the property and maintenance committee.

Surviving with his wife are daughters, Michelle Kurtz (Timothy) of Allentown, and Susan Snyder

of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Andrew and Jeffrey; great grandchildren, Emma and Rowan; brother, Henry Snyder (Dern) of Allentown. He was preceded in death by a sister, Eleanor Lakatosh.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 9th at St. Paul's United Church of

Christ, 1249 Trexlertown Rd., Trexlertown. Friends and family are invited to call from 9:00-11:00 AM prior to the service at the church. Interment to follow in St. Paul's Cemetery, Trexlertown.
